Students of Rivendell enthusiastically took part in the challenge of creatively rearranging their photographs in a Creative Photography Workshop this term.
The results were amazing and the process was easy to follow. First step was to print multiple copies of the same photograph as well as multiple copies of varying other photographs. This gave the students a variety of images to work with and the flexibility for their photographic artworks to develop with experimentation.
Second step was to cut into the surface of the varying images and rearrange using repetitive line or weaving techniques to create interesting new images. Bluetac became an important material in keeping everything in place before we glued the final image.
Student enjoyed the creative process of rearranging photographic images using repetitive line and alternating pattern. Excellent results!
