The Yaralla program has developed a number of impressive traditions over the last few years that build a sense of excitement amongst the students each term. One such tradition is the exploration of the Clock Tower which occurs perhaps only once or twice a year.
With the sky clearing towards the end of the week, and a number of students adding incredible feats to the program’s “Celebrate Success” wall, a time was carved into the weekly schedule to take students up into the tower to marvel at the view, learn about the inner workings of the clock, and discuss their achievements over the last term.
The view is quite impressive. From this vantage point, students could spot the Sydney CBD, Parramatta CBD and a number of other landmarks.
