Cooking with Lawson: Simple Fresh Meals!

This term, Lawson students have been learning about healthy eating and learning to cook simple meals that they can make at home.

 This week we learnt to make sushi with some basic fresh ingredients. Students learnt about safe food handling in an industrial kitchen and culinary techniques including: julienning carrots, cutting avocado, pan frying chicken and of course how to make the perfect sushi roll. The results were fantastic and we look forward to making more fresh meals next week!
