Walker Learning Centre Newsletter Week 6

Learning Centre News

This week in the Learning Centre Classroom 2 students continued with the complementary colours theme and commenced brightly coloured canvas artworks.

Each student selected a complementary colour combination from our giant class colour wheel and painted the back ground of their canvas using one of these colours. The canvas was painted using tints, by adding white progressively as they painted along the canvas.

Watch this space for an update of our art work!

Along with exciting art work projects the students have also been very focused on their school tasks. Both C.M and B.Y have had visits to schools they will be integrating too, while J.E is continuing to have positive experiences with her integration.

Learning Centre 1 farewelled two students this week, K.L and C.E. We wish them all the best for their future wellness.

As always, we are pleased and proud with the hard work and dedication the students display in the Learning Centre.
