Food Technology in Sulman

Two Sulman students are studying Year 11 Food Technology.

This week one of our students made Crème Caramel as part of her course work requirements.

The recipe involves making a caramel with sugar and water and swirling it over the base of ramekin dishes. Following this, a custard is made from eggs, milk and sugar. The custard is then poured into the caramel-coated ramekins and baked in a water bath for 45 minutes. Delicious!
