Market Stall Update

This week we have been making clay coasters and bowls. We had to wait for them to dry and then we painted them. There’s a variety of different colours and designs. Once they were dry we painted a layer of varnish to make them shiny and ready to sell at the market stall.

Magic, The Gathering: Review

Magic is a complex card game for players aging 12+. Magic consists of cards withs different colours, spells and mana (land). The different colours associated with the game magic are white, red, blue, green, black and colourleses. The different types of spells that can be cast are creatures, planeswalkers, instants, sorcerys, artifacts, vehicles and enchantments. To play spells you must first have enough mana played on the battlefield, then you have to turn the mana 90 degrees to notify the other player that you are tapping it to cast a spell, the mana then becomes “tapped”. Each player starts with 20 life points and the aim of the game is to deminish the opponents life points. ( If you have over 2 players than the life points start on 30 points.) Happy gaming 🙂 Rating : 4 stars.
